1. Informational Purpose & Mountain Risk Disclaimer
Mountanity provides retrospective editorial chronicles, historical route topographies, and peak records for educational, historical, and storytelling purposes. High-altitude mountaineering is an inherently dangerous pursuit. All visitors expressly acknowledge that static information on Mountanity cannot substitute for real-time alpine judgement, professional guide supervision, or current on-the-ground weather and snow assessments.
2. Intellectual Property
The editorial design, software architecture, curation, and original articles on Mountanity are protected by copyright. You may view and cite excerpted material for non-commercial educational study with proper attribution to Mountanity.org. Scraping or bulk automated reproduction of our database without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Contributor Submissions
By submitting accounts or photographs through our contribution form, you grant Mountanity a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to edit, archive, and display the content. You warrant that all factual statements are honest to the best of your knowledge and that you hold valid rights to all submitted images.
